[ Genos notices the shift from flame to wind but doesn't say anything yet. They were already having about one thing and the other can wait until after they settled this first. Whatever this was. ]

Audience? [ The poor monster neglected, ignored, and hungry... Clearly neither one of the two were going to be fighting him any time soon. Not while they were having a conversation, but honestly the monster should see it as a blessing given how quickly it would all go down when it did. ]

I didn't realize we were entertaining anyone here. [ Though if they were it'd make sense why everything was happening as it were. ] I thought that we were simply playing a game of sorts.

[It felt like he was dealing with Saiduq... Hiro lets out an awkward sigh. Well, the thing was that Genos was technically in the right. Yet Hiro was speaking in a more general term.... Ah, he was feeling a headache coming on. Though he tries to pretend that it isn't there...]

--W-Well, that's right! But I mean... In the grand scheme of things! If you're gonna be saving someone, then you'd want them to feel assured, right? [Now he gives a more genuine smirk.] A hero must always smile through adversity! If they can't, then who will?

[Which was his general way of doing things... If he couldn't do anything else, then he'll make them laugh.]

[ Oh does Hiro know how to say that right words or what because when he talks about saving people and heroes, that immediately gets his attention (sorry monster-chan, you'll have to wait a bit longer). He crosses his arms and thinks about Hiro's words a bit too seriously for a moment or two before answering. ]

That's an interesting point. I've never thought of things in that way before. [ Of all the things he has been told be Saitama and learned from him—wasn't this also fitting under that too? Some heroes save people for glory but not his master...he was just a hero for fun and...was it not his duty to also provide assurance with his presence?

[Something that he had almost forgotten after becoming an Administrator... A deity who protected the world. After everything that he's been through, Hiro couldn't forgot the past lessons that he learned for the future. There's confident and rather cheeky smirk on his face whenever Genos asks for his name...

While he wasn't attached to his parents, he had to thank them for giving him such a cool name. It felt like a lucky charm for others.]

It's Hiro! Hiro Kageyama! [Now he'll looking towards the monster with a determined glimmer in his eyes.] And what's yours, dude?

It is a pleasure to meet you, Hiro Kageyama, you can call me Genos.

[ He'll continue to remain polite despite of Hiro's casualness and give him a courteous brief bow at his introduction. He leaves out his hero title feeling that it's unnecessary in this place. They were all on the same playing field here and as far as he could tell, there weren't obvious heroes like him around. ]

Your words are wise. [ Despite his attitude which isn't a bad thing in all honesty. ] What is it that you do where you're from?

I'm a hero! The guardian of Earth in specific!

[Or more specifically, he was an Administrator. Which meant that he simply watches over the planet, but he cannot interfere with what's going on unless the threat is non-human related. He hums to himself as he thinks about the name as his attack...]

Let's see... I'll call this killer technique...

[His expression shifts again whenever he decides to flick his hand and green gusts of wind bursts out to lift the monster into the air. There's some distorted colors and vibrations to follow as if reality itself had shifted... But it might have been a trick of the light. Hiro was still trying to get a grasp of his powers.]

KAGEYAMA HURRICANE!

[ A hero! The first other hero that he has met in this place and even though it's extremely unlikely that he has the same Hero Association that was implemented in Genos' world it would be interesting to see how his was set up and compare notes.

Though..."Kageyama Hurricane"? Well, if nothing else, he certainly had an eccentric enough personality that Genos has noticed among the S-Rank heroes in particular. And who was he really to judge after witnessing Puri-Puri-Prisoner in action? At least this guy was keeping his clothes on. ]

Is that so? I am a hero myself and while I do not have fancy attack names like you— [ Genos takes the opportunity to quickly charge up his hand to finish off the monster in his own brilliant light show with oppressive heat. The monster didn't really stand a chance between the two of them and as the cinders of the monster float away, Genos makes a mental note of the change in the area around the monster he noticed. ]

I am effective.

[ooc: Super apologies for the lateness! Feel free to drop this if you want!]

[Okay, whoa. No, whoa. Hiro's expression shifts to childish glee as he watches Genos burn the poor monster to death. That was straight out of a anime! This guy was half man-half machine! He just had to listen to his origin story sometime!]

THAT WAS AWESOME! We're callin' that the "Heat Blazer"! Until I can come up with something cooler!

[Welp. If Genos wasn't going to come up with attack names, then Hiro would do that job for him.]

( ooc: no worries!! I'm more than happy to continue this with Hiro. )

[ Genos is mostly indifferent towards the childish glee but when the name for his attack comes out, it drops a bit to being a little uncertain. He didn't need names for his attacks but he didn't have the heart to turn it down either. ]

Heat Blazer? [ It's not that he hates it; it's just...different? Honestly as far as named attacks go, it's not a bad one. He has certainly heard of worse ones personally. ]

I suppose we can. [ Just don't expect him to call it out. ]

Alright then!

[Hiro can do some voice impressions of him in that case! It might ruin any fight tension, though. In any case, Hiro gives off a spacy smile before he starts walking ahead.

Though walking was kind of a pain with all of the swampy gunk.]

Now that we've taken out the monster... I think we just need to figure out how to leave this level. My money's on reaching the end of this swamp. [Hopefully, there would be no more monsters to fight.]

[ The voice impressions might be protested! But nevertheless, Genos wordlessly follows Hiro. He didn't know what to do and if he had an idea then he wasn't against following suit. ]

Was that monster the final boss for this level then?

[ Genos has some idea of how video games worked—you fight the final boss and then it's smooth sailing from there right? Something along those lines? And ViViDs were a lot like video games... ]

It seemed a bit too easy for one. [ A disappointed tbh. ]
